Our menus are degustation courses only; no a-la-carte menu is available. We use both Japanese and Italian ingredients to create a memorable dining experience. We change our menus according to the seasonal availability. Fresh ingredients are delivered from neighboring organic farms and producers.

☆Organically grown vegetables – Daily deliveries arrive from Sasurai-Chef’s parents’ fields and Yossy’s parents’ neighbor’s fields.
☆Ethical meat supply – Not only Kagoshima’s best known black beef and black pork, but we also source game meats (e.g. venison, wild pig) from nearby regions.
☆Ethical fish supply – primarily caught in the sea nearby or within Kinko-Bay.
☆Fresh bread – Chef bakes every day, served with exclusively sourced Italian extra virgin olive oil.
